How do I enter my shipping address?Since our website and services are English-based, all entries must be in English, including punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters, we recommend replacing them with similar English characters. For example, you can change "ç" to "c".

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?Please note that your shipping address cannot be modified once the order has been processed or shipped. We advise using your residential address rather than a vacation address, as we cannot predict how long the destination customs office may hold your package.
