Order Delivery Times

Delivery time consists of two parts:

Processing Time:

Order confirmation, customization, quality control, and packaging. All orders are typically forwarded to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of placement and receipt of payment.

Shipping Time:

This refers to the time it takes for the product to travel from our warehouse to the destination.

USA & Canada

Australia & New Zealand

Standard Secure Shipping & Insurance: Delivery within 2-4 weeks (PROVIDED YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

United Kingdom & Europe

Standard Secure Shipping & Insurance: Delivery within 2-4 weeks (PROVIDED YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

Other Countries

Standard Secure Shipping & Insurance: Delivery within 2-5 weeks (PROVIDED YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

Insured Shipping:

If an item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof is provided.

Priority Insured Shipping:

Your shipment will be moved to the top of our daily order list sent to our manufacturers. However, depending on order volume, the estimated delivery time may be similar to or the same as standard shipping. Your item is also insured.
Some products may be shipped separately and delivered at different times, as we have warehouses in multiple locations.
Tracking numbers often take a few days to one week to update and display accurate tracking information. Please use a third-party website such as https://17track.net to track your order.
Please note that delivery to some countries may take longer than estimated.
Depending on incoming order volume, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working diligently to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We understand that waiting longer than expected for your order can be frustrating, but the one thing we will never compromise on is the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.

Requesting Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please send an email to support@oBigMall.com within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will be happy to make the requested changes. Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once it has been shipped. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and color to avoid disappointment.
