Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Requirements

Your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and beauty/personal care products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of special offers or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the current product. Once your return is accepted, you may purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union

Without prejudice to the above conditions, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, no explanation required. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
